At times we can feel lost, frightened and stuck. You may feel entangled while trying to solve a specific dilemma within a relationship or frustrated and defeated experiencing negative patterns in your life that you can’t seem to change. I understand the desperation for relief and need to resolve your issues.
I bring a lifetime of experience and a strong clinical and creative approach when working with clients. My style is authentic, perceptive and always receptive to spontaneity. I’m a dynamic psychotherapist with a deep personal drive to motivate, inspire and facilitate long lasting positive and meaningful change.
It is an honour to do this work and to serve the people I do. I have a passion to create personal bonds with my clients and develop the trust that is required to provide a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment. I value and respect what my clients share and I hold true to the understanding that the therapeutic relationship can help move them forward to where they need to go.
I adopt an interpersonal neurobiology approach to psychotherapy and strive to assist my clients as they develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships in this complex world.
