Title: Registered Social Worker

Credentials: M.S.W, R.S.W

Seeking therapy can be comforting to some and overwhelming to others. I support individuals 14+, couples, and families in feeling more connected and understood. My therapeutic style helps you build an awareness of who you are at your core so you can understand those elements that are keeping you stuck. I offer an approach which supports your strengths and recognizes the importance of allowing you to set your own pace to healing with an emphasis on compassion. I believe in creating a supportive environment. You will feel safe, heard and comfortable. I have a gentle and curious style, balanced with psychoeducation and playfulness. During our sessions the agenda is set by you with me being your collaborator. Together we will gain a more authentic and greater understanding of your relationships within yourself and with others. I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with a graduate degree from the University of Windsor with a research concentration on mental health and trauma. Although I aim to support folks with various concerns, I have a special interest in supporting those with ADHD and developmental trauma as they overcome barriers and find their way forward.
