Title: Registered Social Worker

Credentials: M.S.W, R.S.W

Seeking therapy can be comforting to some and overwhelming to others. Anxiety, depression, family conflict, trauma and other life transitions can leave us feeling lost and hopeless. I am dedicated to helping you reconnect to your relationships, your life and yourself.

I offer an approach which promotes your strengths and recognizes the importance of allowing you to set your own pace to healing. My eclectic therapeutic style allows me the flexibility to draw on various modalities. I will create a supportive environment where you will feel safe, heard and comfortable with a gentle, curious and playful therapy style. I believe in providing straightforward psychoeducation, injecting humor and delivering honesty and transparency.  Together we will aim to gain a greater understanding of yourself, your context, and feeling more grounded.

I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with a graduate degree from the University of Windsor with a research concentration on mental health and trauma. I have a genuine passion for mental health and supporting individuals and their families as they overcome barriers and find their way forward.
