Registered Social Worker
B.S.W, R.S.W

The decision to start therapy can be quite overwhelming for clients. It can be daunting to get this process started and find a therapist that will be the best fit. Some clients may be unsure if therapy is right for them or will help with their current challenges.

I utilize a holistic and strengths-based approach when supporting clients. My approach to therapy is meeting clients where they are at. It is my belief that clients are the expert in their own lives; therefore, I encourage clients to identify their own priorities for service and work at a pace that feels comfortable for them.

I strive to foster a non-judgemental, safe space where clients can feel comfortable to share their unique experiences and work towards attainment of their goals. My aim is to create an environment that helps clients feel welcome and supported through their therapy journey.

Experience:

I am Registered Social Worker currently in the process of obtaining my Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Windsor.
